30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If you are not, we accept returns on all orders within 30 days of the receipt date.
Return Process:
1. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code to include on the package.
2. We will provide you with the shipping address for the return.
3. Pack all items securely in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
4. Please include a note in the package with your order details (Order Number, Name, Email address) and the reason for the return.
5. We appreciate your feedback, and if you could let us know the reason for the return, it will help us improve our service and better serve customers like you.
6. Ship the package back to us and email us a copy (photo) of the shipping invoice and tracking number.
Fees and Refund:
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price plus the return shipping fee.
You can expect to receive the refund within 1 business day. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, either your PayPal account or the bank account used to complete the purchase.
If you have not received the refund within 2 business days, please contact us directly.
1-Year Product Warranty:
We offer a 1-Year Product Warranty, which means we are responsible for fixing any issues with your item within one year of your purchase date. If you experience any issues, please contact us to find a solution.
If we are unable to fix the issue, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages:
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 60 days of the order date. We will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
