How to identify the correct Medion charger

• Connector type & size: Medion laptops most commonly use a barrel plug:
  5.5×2.5 mm (standard on many AKOYA and ERAZER models). Some slim designs may use 5.5×1.7 mm.
  A few recent models support USB-C Power Delivery (PD). Match your laptop’s charging port.
• Wattage rating: Choose the same or higher wattage than the original (never lower).
  Typical ratings: 45–65W (AKOYA), 90–120W (performance AKOYA), and 135–180–200–230W (ERAZER gaming).
  Check your old adapter’s label.
• Voltage & current: Most Medion barrel chargers output 19–20V.
  For USB-C models, ensure the charger supports the required PD profile (e.g. 20V/3.25A ≈ 65W or 20V/5A = 100W).
• Model name & code: e.g. AKOYA E, S, P series or ERAZER P/X series (often alongside an MD code).
  You can find this under Settings → System → About or on the bottom label.
• Original PSU model code (optional): Printed on the brick (Delta/Chicony part numbers, etc.) — helpful to confirm an exact match.
